HJ Weir VacFeed 37 Feeding Machine
Manual feeder designed to handle small, medium and large flatwork.
The HJ Weir VacFeed 37 is designed to aid the feeding of both large and small pieces into Flatwork Ironers. Auto-variable Speed Control is included as standard to enable the feeder to accurately follow variations in Ironer speed.
The HJ Weir VacFeed 37 now includes variable speed fans as standard to ensure superior sheet lay and tail-spreading quality for varying weights of material through increased vacuum control, whilst also reducing energy consumption. These fans provide excellent vacuum and rapid agitating air streams that draw the work onto the machine’s feed belts, and the tails into the vacuum-spreading chamber.
The HJ Weir VacFeed 37 has an overall depth of approximately 1200mm (48”) with standard working widths of either 3.0m or 3.3m (alternative widths are available) and requires only 3 Phase electrics (no air requirement).
Can be directly connected in tandem with HJ Weir AutoPrep Preparation Feeding Machine.
