Rotondi’s “MAGIK” series of self-drying belt ironing machines with a built-in system for longitudinal and crossways folding, as well as stacking, are the most reliable option, in terms of yield and quality of ironing and folding, to be found on today’s industrial and professional laundry market. The ironing system of Nomex belts that are able to resist high temperatures makes it possible to adjust the ironing temperature.
The Magik series of calenders with built-in lengthwise folding units are extremely versatile, thanks to a wide-ranging set of accessories that make it possible to set up the machine in a way that precisely complies with the client’s exact specifications.

Folding system
• On 1 working line (for large pieces, such as sheets): 1-2 lengthwise folds and 1-2-3 crossways folds.
• On 2 working lines (for medium pieces, such as tablecloths and tablecloth-guards): 1-2 lengthwise folds and 1-2 crossways folds.
• On 4 working lines (for small pieces, such as napkins): no folding outlet at front (standard) or rear (rear outlet and by-pass optional)
