Easy Installation
The On-Board Series MLF Lint Filters are attached directly to the blower of the dryers without requiring a transition.
The Pre-Plumbed/Prewire option comes complete with pipe unions for easy pipe connections.
Safety
In a tunnel application the Multi-Dryer Milnor Lint Filter (MLF) immediately exhausts lint from the dryer, enhancing dryer fire safety
Automated Cleaning
When the dryer completes its cycle the filter screen is automatically cleaned with compressed air
Efficiency
The MLF lint filter acts as a secondary filter for OPL dryers, by collecting 98% of the lint produced.
Alarm system
In addition to the fire suppression system, the Lint Filter is also equipped with an excess pressure alarm in the event the filter is not blowing down properly.
Working Principle
When the dryer completes its cycle the filter screen is automatically cleaned with compressed air. The lint falls into a storage bag or is vacuumed away from the lint filter

- 1-Compressed Air Gauge
