Central Lint Collection
Up to 5 systems dryers can be ducted to a Multi-Dryer MLF Lint Filter. All lint from the dryers is ducted to one central Lint Filter for easy lint disposal
Efficiency
The MLF lint filter acts as a secondary filter for OPL dryers, by collecting 98% of the lint produced.
Alarm system
In addition to the fire suppression system, the Lint Filter is also equipped with an excess pressure alarm in the event the filter is not blowing down properly.
Working Principle
The Milnor Lint Filter control operates on differential back pressure and will self-clean when the pressure differential reaches 0.5” w.c. The lint is collected and stored in a storage drum for convenient disposal. Standard fire suppression system will activate an alarm and put out a lint fire with water

- 110 VAC Air and Water Solenoid Valves

- 1-60 gallon Air Receiver Tank supplied with each Lint Filter
- 1-Compressed Air Gauge
